- 1 lime per 300ml
- 2 spoons of sugar (tablespoon)
- 1 shot of cachaça
- Open limes and remove the white core, along with the top and bottom
- Add sugar and crush lime. Don’t over-crush!
- Add a lot of ice and 1 shot of cachaça for each 200ml glass.
- Shake well or stir till sugar dissolves
