Our Story, so far:

The cooking classes for foreigners project started after getting repeated requests for lessons from both international customers as well as locals.

Once the classes started, they took off. Simone teaches classes daily, educating, impressing and entertaining hundreds of students a month.

It was one of the highlights of our trip.  Jolene and I would love to try cooking some of these dishes at home so we can bring a taste of Brazil home to our friends. We plan to use your advice for making our kitchen a more central part of our family. Thanks so much!” – Michael Yehl
